Purpose: To assure sufficient funds are available to support church programs and property.

Challenges and Goals:

1. Dealing with the reality of a shrinking pledge base.
2. Improving the percentage of church members who support UUBN financially.
3. Diversifying participation on Finance Committee to broaden congregational representation.
4. Developing new approaches to conducting the pledge drive.
5. A focus on Stewardship education. Engage advisory panels to help with communications and messaging to the congregation about finance and stewardship.
