Like all Unitarian Universalist congregations, we are democratically run by our members. Our elected leaders work in partnership with the Minister. The Board focuses on governance: vision, mission, and oversight in partnership with Committees. The Minister and staff focus on ministry: the implementation of the vision in partnership with Ministry Teams.
