Trust By-Law Modifications

The UUBN Trustees have proposed, and the Board has endorsed, several modifications to the UUBN Trust by-laws which were last updated in 2010. These modifications do not alter the primary purposes, responsibilities, and/or management of the Trust and are intended to correct, clarify, and update several Trust by-law references and procedures. These modifications will be up for a vote at the February Congregational meeting. The by-law modifications and a rationale for them are available for review on the UUBN website under FOR MEMBERS – IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS – UUBN TRUST.
