De-escalation and Legal Safety Training with Sgt. Nowers from Bloomington Police Department

No registration or experience needed for this free community training event. This is for anyone interested in volunteering as a ‘yellow vest’ safety marshal at protests and rallies, or for anyone interested in what that might involve.
