mUUsic in the garden 3 first meeting

Have you ever wanted to be part of a music festival, or just curious what we’re up to and want pizza and cookies? Well in early September we will have a little shindig in our backyard going on now our third year that is free to attend for anyone in the community, and we would love for you to come hang out at our first planning meeting for it. No special skills required.
We’ll reflect a little on last year, introduce ourselves and our teams, rough timeline, volunteer/material needs, and we can start to shape our plan for this year. We do need the most help on the day of the event and leading up to it, but there are so many things going on beforehand where we could use help throughout the year, from design and planning, social media promotion, sending emails, flyering, and so much more.
