The Right Relations Team was created in 2020 to lift up our Behavioral Covenant and support our congregation through conflict. The team consists of three church members, selected by the Board and Minister, who have the demonstrated understanding and support of the Behavioral Covenant, our church culture, and UU values. The Right Relations Team provides educational and supportive resources and also aids in the Unproductive Conflict Policy (5.1 in the Policy and Procedures Handbook.) This policy defines unhealthy conflict and outlines how we can process conflict with integrity and compassion.
